Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations.
Collaborate with senior management to define staffing needs and talent acquisition strategies to support business growth.
Lead recruitment efforts for key positions, ensuring a seamless hiring process to attract top talent.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives to promote retention and enhance the employer brand.
Manage compensation and benefits programs, benchmarking against industry standards and ensuring competitiveness in the market.
Monitor HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices in the fashion industry to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the fashion industry, with a focus on US operations.
Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations, particularly in the retail or fashion sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading and developing HR teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and growth plans.
Analytical skills and proficiency in HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the industry trends and market dynamics.
SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
