Client Advisor

On behalf of a prestigious luxury fashion brand, we are looking for a Client Advisor to join its boutique in Paris. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury fashion, delivers exceptional client experiences and excels at building long-lasting relationships with an international clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience in line with the brand's standards;

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling;

• Drive sales performance and consistently achieve individual and store targets;

• Develop strong product knowledge and communicate the brand's values and identity;

• Support daily boutique operations while maintaining impeccable visual merchandising standards.

  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury fashion retail or a premium customer-facing environment;

• Strong sales skills and a client-centric mindset;

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;

• Fluent French and English; additional languages are a plus;

• Passion for fashion, attention to detail and a polished, professional approach;
