Doorman

For a globally recognized leader in luxury hospitality, is seeking an exceptional Doorman to join its team in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering world-class guest experiences and creating memorable first impressions. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in reflecting the property's commitment to excellence, elegance, and personalized service.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality upon arrival and departure;

• Open vehicle and entrance doors while providing courteous assistance to guests;

• Coordinate closely with the Concierge, Bell, Valet, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures;

• Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general information about the hotel and local attractions;

• Monitor the entrance area to ensure it remains welcoming, organized, and secure at all times;

• Recognize returning and VIP guests, delivering personalized service whenever possible;

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests with a proactive and solution-oriented approach;

• Maintain the highest standards of grooming, etiquette, and professional appearance;

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures;

• Represent the property's values by delivering exceptional service and creating lasting positive impressions.

  
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Doorman, Bell Attendant, Concierge, Guest Services, or similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment;

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills;

• Professional demeanor with excellent communication abilities;

• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest expectations;

• Ability to remain calm, courteous, and efficient in a fast-paced environment;

• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly valued;

• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays;

• Impeccable grooming and presentation aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
