About the Role
We are currently recruiting an Institutional Affairs Coordiantor for a Sport Entertainment company in Berlin.
We are collaborating with one of the leading sports betting providers and stands for fun in Sports betting and entertainment at the highest technical level. The Institutional Affairs Coordinator will be responsible to implement the right strategies to build institutional relations with local Regulators, both for Austria and Germany.
Coordinating projects finalized to the renewal or acquisition of the needed licenses, monitoring deadlines, and preparing the necessary documentation;
Supporting the Manager in maintaining relations with institutional stakeholders and with the competent authorities to maintain and increase the reputation and guarantee the right performance of the activities envisaged in the license agreements. This is accompanied with supporting the manager in conducting relations with Institutional Interlocutors at both national and local level, as well as in the activities of Trade Associations and in relations with competitors;
Being responsible in monitoring the requests and deadlines of the Competent Authorities, preparing replies, memoranda and observations;
Following the process of the main national and local regulations of interest.
You have knowledge and understanding of business flows and familiarity with concession agreements;
You have a high management of obligations and deadlines;
You have strong computer skills and proficiency with general legislation;
You are dependable, highly organized, and proactive;
You enjoy working in a very dynamic environment;
You have a keen eye for detail, strong interpersonal and writing skills and exceptional professionalism;
You have experience with the sports betting industry which is an advantage.
