Retail IT Specialist

We are currently Recruiting a Retail IT Specialist to support all our client's stores.

Responsibilities:

• Provision and configuration of PCs and associated hardware;

• First point of contact for end users / stores who need help with technical questions;

• Categorization of faults and classification of whether a problem can be solved directly or whether it must be forwarded to a specialist/ helpdesk;

• Direct analysis and troubleshooting using standard remote access;

• Creation of meaningful support tickets for the helpdesk;

• Ensuring internet and database connections;

• Conception of IT requirements in the field of applications in close cooperation with relevant departments and responsible support of the interfaces;

• Control of external IT service providers;

• Communication with employees.

Requirements:

• You have successfully completed an IT degree or a comparable education/ qualification;

• You already have professional experience in IT, especially in the areas of PC and networks as well as application management;

• Fluent in German and English;

• Very good analytical skills;

• High reliability and system of operation;

• Very good communication, expression and assertiveness.
