Job Description
We are currentely recruiting for a luxury retail business an Asset Protection Specialist in Münich.
The AP Specialist closely work with Global/Regional team and local Operation team as the AP function
leader covering retail stores to ensure all Retail Operations are in compliance with company Policies &
SOPs, requirements regarding AP, security in accordance with established SOPs.
Responsibilities:
Define and implement a Risk-based Asset Protection Program in stores following the global
Work closely with the other regions AP retail managers to implement AP Global Retail
Continuous monitoring of key performing indicators (KPI) of Retail Stores (selling, discounts, returns,
Leading the project of Continuous Monitoring Project to spot potential fraudulent transactions at retail
Prevent shrinkage, damage and theft and proactively monitor controls to identify losses through POS
Leading the project to establish retail store shrinkage, waste, damages, discounts,
Conduct regular visits to retail stores, based on a customized risk-based Audit Checklist, to improve
In regard to the process in stores, define and share Policies & Procedure;
Conduct training to store staff as of all retail BUs regarding AP awareness enhancement and
Investigation of fraud, robbery and theft against the company;
Manages and maintains oversight in the
Collaborate with internal and external Legal dept, Police and in general with law enforcement;
Knowledge in physical security, ensure stores Asset Protection (CCTV installation & remote
Responsible for retail store’s inventory count process (full process including data preparation, onsite
Holding regular catch-up meetings with Responsible of retail business & respective BU’s head to
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both local language and English;

At least 3 years of experience in Asset Protection or Loss Prevention field;
Advanced knowledge of SAP, Excel and finance operation systems;
Retail industry and previous Big Four experience is a plus, so is any finance / accounting experience
