We are currently recruiting an Office Assistant for an Entertainment company in Berlin.


Responsibilities:


  • Administration;

  • Appointment and Travel Coordination;

  • Procurement management and logistic;

  • Monthly billing and invoice control;

  • Administrating travel management and purchasing tools.


Requirements:


  • Ideally experienced in administration / assistance / back office;

  • Good German and English skills;

  • Good IT user skills (MS Office);

  • Highly service and team oriented;

  • Proactive and hands on mentality.
