Legal Counsel

We are collaborating with one of the leading sports and entertainment company in Germany and to strengthen the team, we are looking for a Legal Counsel in Berlin.

Tasks:

• Processing and documentation of all legal matters within the company;

• Contact point for notaries and external lawyers;

• Obtaining and documenting a legal overview of the corporate structure, legal framework and requirements, etc;

• Regular updates with the Italian holding.

About You:

• You have completed legal training;

• Ideally, you already have work experience in our industry;

• You have very good MS Office skills;

• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills;

• You have a quick grasp and high problem-solving skills;

• You have an impeccable record of good conduct.
