Utilize CRM tools to automate and streamline customer communication processes;
Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and system integration;
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve CRM efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CRM Manager, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry;
Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices;
Analytical skills to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights;
Excellent communication and project management abilities;
Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools;
Passion for sports and entertainment.
