We are looking for a CRM Manager for a sport entertainment company in Berlin.

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty;

  • Manage and analyze customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns;

  • Coordinate with marketing teams to optimize customer communication across various channels;

  • Monitor customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve retention and conversion rates;

  • Utilize CRM tools to automate and streamline customer communication processes;

  • Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to ensure data accuracy and system integration;

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve CRM efforts.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry;

  • Strong understanding of CRM principles and best practices;

  • Analytical skills to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights;

  • Excellent communication and project management abilities;

  • Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools;

  • Passion for sports and entertainment.
