We are currently recruiting an Office Operations Manager for a premium fashion brand in Varese.
Job Description
The role of the Office Operations Manager contributes to the quality of customer service by ensuring an optimal management of the office, service and maintenance.
With the support of the back-of-house team, he/she is responsible for continuous and permanent office accuracy for overall organization according to the company's procedures.

Commerciality:
Set and monitor key metrics/KPI’s that supports and drives the business;
Support the company ways of working to maximise sales and profitability;
Deliver the ‘best in class’ operational standards for the back of house areas within store;
Operations:
Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence;
Maximise the potential of all product categories through replenishment systems in order to secure price and size integrity;
Manage inventory counting activities on a regular basis Managing the movement of product between the back of house and sales areas in order to enhance the customer journey ;
Requirements:
Management experience and excellent behavioral and communication skills;
Ability to work with sales and head office teams;
Very organized, rigorous and reliable;
Able to anticipate, organize and prioritize the activities of a small team;
Strong problem solving capabilities and outstanding organisational skills;
Service-oriented, proactive to propose improvements and support other team members;
Demonstrate good team spirit;
Proficient with Excel/IT tools;
Fluent English;
Very good knowledge of retail IT systems.
