We are currently recruiting a Commis de Partie for a new opening of a luxury restaurant in the heart of Milan.
Job Description
We are looking for a professional Commis de Partie to amaze our high target guests with excellent cooking, according to the Executive Chef’s recipes and specifications and supporting the our Chefs de Partie. Your work will be an important factor to pursue and maintain our luxury standard cooking level. As a Commis De Partie you are responsible for supporting the Chef de Partie and the entire Cuisine Team in preparing consistently high cuisine, handle purchase orders and ensure items’ top quality.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to Chef de Partie, Commis de Partie accomplished daily food preparation in the Cuisine area;
Collaborates in partie preparations, accomplishing all tasks assigned in order to provide the final product as per Restaurant recipes, following HACCP standards and minimizing food spoilage;
Guarantees a proper and safe use of equipment and machinery.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the role – almost 2 years – in fine dining and/or luxury restaurants;
Knowledge of different products and equipment;
Positive Attitude;
Ability to work under pressure;
Ability to work in teams.
