Retail Operation Manager EMEA

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Retail Operations Manager to oversee the brand's retail operations in the EMEA Area.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement retail strategies and standard operating procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the stores;

• Provide leadership and guidance to the store managers and retail staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance;

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and implement action plans accordingly;

• Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure visually appealing and consistent displays across all stores;

• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, replenishment, and loss prevention measures;

• Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, customer experience, and staff performance;

• Coordinate with the HR department to recruit, train, and develop retail staff;

• Manage budgets, expenses, and cost control measures to maximize profitability;

• Implement marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager or in a similar retail management role within the luxury jewellery industry;

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire retail staff;

• In-depth knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales techniques;

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and achieve targets;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus);

• Flexibility to travel.
