About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Keyholder for a premium fashion brand in Paris.

Job Description

We are seeking a fashion enthusiast with a keen eye for detail to join our team at a renowned premium fashion brand as a Keyholder. The Keyholder will be responsible for assisting the store manager in opening and closing the store and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the store is ready for opening and maintain visual merchandising standards;

  • Manage cash operations, including handling transactions and managing discrepancies;

  • Provide high-level customer service, assisting customers with their needs and ensuring a memorable shopping experience;

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and meet established metrics;

  • Manage store security and adhere to company safety procedures;

  • Actively participate in team training and provide feedback for continuous improvement.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in retail, preferably in a luxury fashion environment;

  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service;

  • Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

  • Flexibility to work weekends and during peak hours;

  • Passion for fashion and awareness of the latest trends.
