Concession Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Concession Manager to lead our Client's jewellery brand's concession in Paris.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the concession in line with brand guidelines;

• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service;

• Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand values;

• Ensure the concession's visual merchandising is captivating and aligned with brand standards;

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the head office for replenishment;

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty;

• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to execute promotional events and activities;

• Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth;

• Uphold high standards of security and loss prevention within the concession.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Concession Manager or in a similar retail management role;

• Passion for jewellery and a keen eye for luxury aesthetics;

• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities;

• Strong sales and customer service orientation;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment;

• Fluent in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
