Brand Ambassador

We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic Brand Ambassador to represent a prestigious jewellery brand in Paris. If you have a passion for luxury jewellery, a flair for building strong relationships with customers, and a talent for storytelling, this is an exciting opportunity to be the face of the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Embody the brand's image, values, and aesthetics, serving as an ambassador of our jewellery collections;

• Greet and engage customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable in-store experience;

• Provide personalized product knowledge and style advice to customers, showcasing the unique features of our jewellery pieces;

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and preferences are understood and met;

• Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date with product launches and brand updates;

• Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining an immaculate and appealing store appearance;

• Actively contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer service;

• Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional events and represent the brand at exclusive gatherings;

• Regularly gather and communicate customer feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Passion for luxury jewellery and a genuine interest in the fashion and design industry;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor;

• Strong ability to connect with customers and understand their unique tastes and preferences;

• Positive and proactive attitude with a goal-oriented mindset;

• Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus);

• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or in luxury retail is advantageous;

• Immaculate personal presentation and a sophisticated sense of style.
